Positive: 동대문역과 혜화역 중간에 위치해있으며 큰길가에 있어서 찾기가 쉽습니다. 이화벽화마을을 쉽게 올라갈 수 있는 곳에 있어서 아침 산책으로 다녀오기 좋았습니다. 신축이라 대체적으로 깔끔하고 침구가 포근하였습니다. 객실마다 LP 레코드가 있어서 색다른 감상을 할 수 있었습니다., Negative: 도시쪽 전면창으로 되어 있어서 뷰는 좋으나 소음 차단이 되지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 도시의 소음이 밤새 들렸습니다. 청소가 완벽하게 이루어지지 않았던 점도 아쉽습니다. 방에 들어갔을 때 침대 위 쿠션의 먼지와 화장실에서 머리카락 등이 발견되었습니다. 조식이 무료이나 빵과 과일, 우유, 커피 정도만 간단히 제공됩니다.
Positive: 좋았던 점은 신축이라서 전반적으로 깨끗하고 수압도 좋았습니다., Negative: 방음이 잘 안되고 조식이 무료였는데 구성이 너무 빈약했습니다. 차라리 돈을 받고 조식이 더 풍성했음 좋겠네요.
