(December 27, 2017, 12:00 am)Positive: 이태원역에서 가깝습니다. 요리하기엔 편합니다., Negative: 이태원역에서 가깝지만 근처에 클럽 게이바 등이 너무 많아서 밤에 심하게 시끄럽습니다. 방음 전혀 안되고 노랫소리가 미친듯이 들립니다. 청소상태는 별로 좋지 않습니다. 화장지는 알수없는 물에 푹 젖어있었고 냉장고에는 먹다남은 음식물 쓰레기들이 있었고 쇼파랑 베개에는 자국들이랑 뭐가 묻어있었습니다. 그리고 가장 최악이었던건 따뜻한 물이 전혀 나오지 않습니다.
