  The room was quite pricey for its quality; the staff were polite but the room was rather dated. Would recommend the Yong Pyeong Condo over this hotel, but the staff were nicer over at the hotel side.

  The rooms are comfy & the ski resort is just outside the hotel. Amazing breakfast spread.

  Came by tour - Part of a great resort but not a fan of the rooms- would not stay here again due to the old rugs and furniture, and inconsistent temperature control in various rooms.

  Not sure if heater is working (winter now), no laundry bag wtf and wtf can't find plug points to charge our electronic items. (!!) Weird wifi, like my phone can only use safari but my iPad no problem.
