Positive: 직원분들이 친절하고 프로페셔널함. (요즘 해운대서 점점 보기힘들어진 광경이었는데 말임다) 무엇보다 (이름만 아닌) 호텔서비스 마인드 넘넘 감사합니다. 덕분에 편안히 지낼 수 있었어요., Negative:

Positive: 침대. 매트랑 배게가 푹신하고. 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.또 주변소음이 들리지 않아. 편하게 지냈습니다~^^, Negative: 화장실 비데에 까만곰팡이. 때가...좀더 청소에 신경써주셨으면. 좋겠습니다작은 테이블이 있었으면. 더 좋겠다는. 생각이듭니다.
